Sven Longshanks explains why reparations for slavery are entirely unjust and being made to the wrong people.

Jamaica is calling for reparations from Britain, but it was Africa that was selling the slaves, not Britain.

The British were just middlemen, ferrying the expensive cargo to America and bringing goods back to Africa in exchange.

When they talk about how many slaves died on the journey, more sailors died than slaves, as sailors could be got for free and a slave was worth around £10,000 in today’s money.
