Sven Longshanks and the PatriArt look at the evidence for Constantine the Great being a British king.
Roman aristocracy would often intermarry with British royals in order to legitimise their claims.
Constantius Chlorus married princess Helen, the daughter of King Cole II and their child was Constantine.
When Chlorus died, Constantine was pronounced King and Emperor and he made his mother co-regent with him.
She discovered the original cross of Christ, while he, Constantine, made Christianity the unifying religion of the Roman empire.
