There is a debate going on between politicians in the UK and the U.S. as to whether or not Putin would really strike these nations in retaliation for missile strikes in Russia. Yet nowhere in the discussion is any sort of explanation as to what benefit would the people of these nations get in exchange for the risk. Meanwhile as Israel continues blatantly escalating the conflict in the Middle East, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was reportedly furious over not even being offered a heads-up when it came to Israel’s latest attack that killed the leader of Hezbollah. What was the response from his Israeli counterpart? Austin was ordered to go out and threaten Iran not to retaliate against Israel, which he obediently did.
